This three-phased project consists of complete interior renovation and upgrade of elevator lobbies and resident hallways on 32 floors in a prestigious Outer Drive East Condominium building. This project entailed extensive supervision and project management to coordinate the construction of new drywall ceiling / soffits, recessed lighting, painting, and new carpeting throughout the hallways and elevator lobbies, all while maintaining safety and peace of mind for the tenants.
