Flexco 2nd Floor Office Renovations – Complete gut and remodel of the approximately 15,000 SF second floor office space for this world wide manufacturer of conveyor belt equipment United States corporate office. Project highlights included structural infill of an existing open loft space to as required for additional floor space while the spaces below remained fully operational. This was our first project for Flexco and we were awarded as the low bid general contractor. We have since been retained by Flexco as their Construction Manager for numerous additional projects including exterior entrance renovations, additional interior renovations, and several foundations for factory equipment.
