Matthei & Colin Architects Chicago Office – The entire sixth floor offices for this prominent downtown architectural firm were completely remodeled while the firm continued to occupy the space. This remodeling project consisted of demolition and construction of new walls and completely new interior finishes in phased construction. This allowed the office and design staff to continue their work throughout the construction remodeling.
