Arlington Heights Fire Station No. 1 – As Construction Manager for the Village of Arlington Heights, we constructed the new Arlington Heights Fire Station No. 1. This Romanesque style building received a Station Style Award in Fire Chief national publication and an award from the American Public Works Association. This 16,640 sq. ft. fire station is located in the downtown area of Arlington Heights, and was constructed as part of the new John G. Woods Municipal Campus. The new fire station includes four drive-thru double Apparatus Bays, can accommodate up to twelve personnel, and was completed in August, 2006.
