Pleasantview Fire Station No. 3 – We were initially hired by the Pleasantview Fire Protection District as the general contractor for the construction of their new Headquarters/Fire Station No. 1 in LaGrange, IL. After the success of that project, we were retained as construction manager for four additional major projects, including additions and complete renovations to three satellite stations. In September, 2007, we completed construction of their new 13,200 sq. ft. satellite Fire Station No. 3 in Hodgkins, IL, consisting of a three double-bay Apparatus area with in-floor radiant heat, administrative offices and living quarters.
